GGPoker WSOP Online Bracelet Series 2023 — Highlights
The fourth edition of the international leg of the WSOP Online Bracelet Series runs from August 20 to October 2 on GGPoker and features 33 bracelet events, with buy-ins ranging from $100 to $25,000. Nine of the events feature a combined guarantee of $60 million, including the highly-anticipated $5,000 WSOP Online Main Event which offers an astonishing $25 million in guaranteed prize money. That figure is up from the $20 million offered last year.
The 2022 WSOP Online Main Event was a massive success, attracting a total of 4,984 entries and generating $23,674,000 in total prize pool, making it the second-largest online poker tournament in history. That impressive result was a key factor in upping this year’s guarantee by $5 million.
Other highlights of the series include the $210 Mystery Millions which comes with a $10 million guarantee and a $1 million bounty. Day 2 of the tournament takes place on August 28. A similar guarantee is on offer in the $10,300 buy-in GGMillion$ Super High Roller, with the final action scheduled for October 2.
The popular $1,500 Millionaire Maker (September 11) also returns with a $5 million guarantee, while the $300 Gladiators of Poker Opener (August 21) and the $500 Mini Main Event NLH (September 4) each has a guarantee of $2.5 million.
Classic WSOP events, such as the $400 COLOSSUS, $1,500 Closer NLH, and the BIG $500 are also part of the schedule.
Continental Freerolls
Making the series more exciting this year are the Continental Freerolls. Each bracelet event has a corresponding continental freeroll that is open to participants hailing from the same continent as the eventual winner. The freerolls cover four continents – the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Mediterranean.
There will be $2 million in additional prizes up for grabs via the Continental Freerolls, along with packages to the WSOP Paradise. Each freeroll runs a week after the conclusion of the corresponding bracelet event. There will also be a Continental Leaderboard, awarding WSOP Paradise packages to the top four players.
